Head of the Cuatrecasas Indirect Taxation Practice, comprising lawyers who specialize in indirect taxes (including VAT, transfer tax and stamp duty, and customs and excise duties), local taxes and specific regulated-sector taxes.
Extensive experience in advising multinational groups, with in-depth knowledge of indirect taxation, particularly VAT applicable to international transactions, and sectors and businesses that are VAT-exempt. Specializes in real estate taxation and designing real estate investment structures, applying them at state, regional and local taxation level.
