Frank Borger was from 1988 to 1989 a full-time lecturer at the VUB Faculty of Law. In 1990 he became a tax consultant at the Antwerp and Brussels office of Coopers & Lybrand. In 1997 Frank became a co-founder and director of WP&B NV – The VAT House. Frank was a guest lecturer at UC Leuven – Limburg and lectures at the Karel De Grote Hogeschool in Antwerp, at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels and at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He is a speaker at various professional national and international conferences. Frank also publishes in the professional literature and has written a number of key VAT textbooks. Besides his detailed knowledge of Belgian VAT, Frank also follows the VAT legislation of other EU Member States.
